Webinar on the Revised 11 Principles

On May 9, NJASECD offered a webinar on the newly revised 11 Principles Framework. This framework is the roadmap to school improvement focusing on Character Education, Social-Emotional Learning, and a positive School Culture and Climate. These revisions will take effect for the 2025 cycle which means tha schools who are applying to be Schools of Character this November will need to use these revisions as a guide. Please feel free to reach out to NJASECD for assistance with the application process. We have three regions that are ready and willing to help schools that are beginning or continuing on the Character journey.
